Items returned within 30 days of receipt in the same condition of receipt can be refunded or exchanged.
Please ensure to notify us of any defects with the product within 14 days of arrival.
We do our best to describe the items as accurately as possible, please review all photos and the item description before purchasing the item to ensure its suitability.
Refunds
When we receive any returned item we will notify you on the day of receipt.
Where enhanced delivery services are purchased, we will only process refunds on these costs if the service falls outside of any limitations on that service.
Please include the order number with your return so we can link it back up to your purchase and process any refund due.
When we have inspected the item and approved the return we will initiate a refund to your paypal account. You should receive this immediately.
Please be aware depending on your arrangements with paypal, this may be held as credit on your paypal account rather than returning to your original payment source.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Grow Insane is currently closed until the 6th December. Orders can still be placed,
but dispatch will be delayed until this date.
