Please be aware that Royal Mail may experience bottlenecks around the country that prevent meeting service objectives.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We are not responsible for custom duty or import tax if they become applicable
  • Items returned within 30 days of receipt in the same condition of receipt can be refunded or exchanged.
  • Please ensure to notify us of any defects with the product within 7 days of arrival.
  • We do our best to describe the items as accurately as possible, please review all photos and the item description before purchasing the item to ensure its suitability.
 

Refunds

  • When we receive any returned item we will notify you on the day of receipt.
  • Where enhanced delivery services are purchased, we will only process refunds on these costs if the service falls outside of any limitations on that service.
  • Please include the order number with your return so we can link it back up to your purchase and process any refund due.
  • When we have inspected the item and approved the return we will initiate a refund to your paypal account.  You should receive this immediately.
  • Please be aware depending on your arrangements with paypal, this may be held as credit on your paypal account rather than returning to your original payment source.
 

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
