Welcome to our holiday home booking page :BackgroundJason and I have enjoyed travelling overseas on holiday often with our parents, but in anticipation of challenges to continuing this, we bought this flat for some local and reliable holiday relief. Situated in Llandudno, just over an hour from Warrington, with plenty to enjoy locally and sights and scenes nearby, it is our bolt hole for some peace and quiet.Jason and I tend to work during the summer when the business is most active with less oppurtunity to use it making it attractive for other couples, particularly in school holiday periods, so wanted to share use of it with friends and family. CostsWe don’t want to take any ‘rent’ as such although we would ask for a £35 per booking fee which goes to a local cleaner who visits after each stay to change the bed linen and reset the property for use.How it worksUse the form below to book the period you want to stay up to a week. Please leave at least two days following another booking so there is oppurtunity to bring in a cleaner inbetween.We will receive the booking and provided there is nothing we have overlooked, we will approve the booking and confirm it and send details of how to get in to the property along with further guidance on having an enjoyable visit.
